Yeoman Marine Private Limited (YMPL)
Yeoman Marine Private Limited (YMPL) was incorporated as a Private Limited Company on 17th August 2006. The company is in the business of machinery maintenance, manufacturing, assembly, production and trading of OEM spare parts connected with ship repair and marine contracts. The company acts as principal contractor or sub-contractor for repairs, maintenance and replacement services for worldwide shipping, offshore marine installations and diesel engines.
YMPL is led by Mr. Dhananjay Mishra (Chairman & Managing Director) whose vision is to “provide the customer most efficient and highest quality of service”. YMPL has therefore built a team of highly qualified engineers and technicians trained and certified by MTU for addressing the service needs of its customers.
YMPL is an ISO 9001:2015 certified company and has MTU accredited service centres at Mumbai & Chennai . Apart from Mumbai & Chennai, YMPL has located service teams in Kochi, Vizag and Kolkata. The moto of YMPL as spelt out by CEO, Commodore Anand Singh (Retd.), is “to be the preferred service provider to all our customer for authorised products. We will continue to focus on internal and external business processes to achieve high efficiency & customer satisfaction.
MTU Diesel Engines
M/S MTU India Private Limited concluded an agreement with Yeoman Marine Private Limited to be their Authorized Service Partner in Jan 2017.The authorization is to provide after sales service to MTU range of engines and also their Monitoring and Control Systems for customers in India. The authorization by MTU is for series 538,396,2000,60 OM 500, OM 900 and 4000 up to W5 level and series 183,71,149,92 up to W6 level. Yeoman Marine Private Limited has a functioning rate contract for spare parts with ONGC & technical service rate contract with Indian Navy (FTSU Chennai & NSRY Kochi) and Indian Coast Guard.
Alamarin Jets – Finland
In January 2020 Yeoman Marine entered partnership with Alamarin-Jet Oy of Finland and is responsible for Sales & After Sales support for their product line including training in India and South Asia. Yeoman Marine has added customers like Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Indian Navy for this product and is providing efficient product support for this equipment for which there is an installed base of more than 76 equipment in India.
BUKH Diesel Engines – Denmark
In May 2022, YMPL entered into a partnership agreement with Bukh A/S of Denmark making a strategic entry into SOLAS business segment. Yeoman Marine represents Bukh for sales and after sales support including training in India and South Asia. Yeoman Marine has added customers like Shipping Corporation and ONGC for this product and is providing efficient product support for this equipment for which there is an installed base of more than 107 equipment in India. To strengthen product support in the region Yeoman Marine entered into an agreement with Powerbreeze corporation appointing the latter as it’s dealer in Bangladesh in 2024.
Hydropath Marine
In April 2024 Yeoman Marine entered into an agreement to market the Hydropath product line (patented technology) to marine and Oil & Gas customers in India. The product which provides environment friendly and efficient solution to limescale problems on heat exchangers has got its first customer as premier shipping company Greatship India Limited.
COOPER Corporation
In May 2024 Yeoman Marine entered into an agreement with COOPER Corporation to represent their products in Marine, Oil & Gas and Land Defence business segments in India. COOPER produces world class diesel engines upto 300 HP and gensets upto 250 KVA. The equipment(s) are 100% manufactured in India and the IP rights are owned by COOPER Corporation. Yeoman Marine agreement with COOPER Corporation provides for cooperation in areas of manufacturing of components of various equipments.
Profiseal Gmbh
In August 2024 Yeoman Marine entered into an agreement to represent Profiseal Gmbh of Germany for representing their product line of marine bulkhead seals, sterntube seals and rubber bearings. The patented fire proof bulkhead seal is a unique product of the company. Doctor Tobias Muller the Managing Director of Profiseal is very bullish about the India Market in the immediate future as ship building gains momentum and gets government policy support.
Sigma Power Controls Limited
In April 2024 Yeoman Marine signed an agreement with Sigma Power to market sigma make of gensets in Indian market. The agreement aspires to harness the strength in application engineering of SPCL and customer connect of Yeoman Marine to develop new solutions tailored to meet dynamic customer needs and ever challenging regulatory requirements.
